Not sure which area to put this in, but as it involves the All Whites' captain, I plumped for this one.

 

Blackburn Rovers have just signed Robbie Fowler, known to Kopites the world over as "God". Hence the subject!

And Fowler is way, way past it and will hardly see any game time. I mean, he didn't exactly feature a lot for Cardiff. I don't see why doesn't he drop down a couple of leagues and get some game time. It's well known that he doesn't need the money so it's obviously the football he's after and how much of that will he get at Rovers? Bugger all I'd say.

I can't understand it, both from his own viewpoint and Blackburn's. They've already got two bench-warming forwards in Benni "Pope" McCarthy and Matt Derbyshire anyhow..
