Seriously considering going to the World Cup / depending on All Whites qualification against Mexico

Hello fellow New Zealanders and All White supporters.

My name is Jim I'm 22 and from Wellington. I am seriously considering going to the World cup / depending on the All Whites qualification against Mexico.

I would really like to go with a big group of Kiwi's, preferably the white noise and see all the group stage games in Brazil again depending on qualification against Mexico. I have not organised anything at all and open to ideas such as travelling the South American continent before or after the competition. There will be an official White Noise (YF) tour in the finest traditions of our 2010 edition (which was outrageous).

Guessing that's only if we qualify? My understanding is travel agents weren't given ticket allocation s for the World Cup? 

Wait there's a white noise tour regardless of the AW qualifying?
