I just improved on the already near perfect song sheet by adding in the Maori verse of the national anthem (under "Better than Kevin").

If anyone wants this then let me know.

Do we have to chant in maori as well?

Optional, but if you want a spare one then see me in Aisle 30 as I have close to 200 available.

Shall we come up with a Hone Harawira version? Will have a f***ing s***load of asterisks though unless we can make it R18 so all the young c***s don't get hold of it.

Or we'd be Royally F****d (and not just by the Baa-Rainy's).

Option for chant when we win:

(to "In the Jungle")

In the Cake Tin, the mighty Cake Tin
The All Whites Win tonight

In the Cake Tin, the mighty Cake Tin

(We're going to)
South Africa South Africa
South Africa South Africa

etc.....

Pathetic. Not apathetic.

I'm hearing you.
I guess though its the One Day in 27 years that's upon us here. Its a crash course in educating a crowd that will include many who are keen, but without a clue.

Extraordinary day, extraordinary measures.

The All Whites obviously don't get enough home matches to allow  "the knowledge" to grow with their supporters.

On the other hand, the Yellow Fever chants are evolving naturally, the way it should be.

Evolving into AW chants!

But actually it was good to hear a few new ones at the last few matches - always causes a bit of a giggle to us sitting outside the zone.

Good to see that Thomas Rewi has given credit to the Barmy Army for him 'borrowing' their Stuart Broad chant

35000 all whites clap clap clap > 5000 doing yellow fever chants

A stadium official should do a decibel reading on the night and find out how loud ROF will be :)

No need for that tegal :P If you dont personally require one (us avid phoenix supporters might not!)  then don't take one..
There is an extra 28,000 people in the stadium compared to normal Phoenix games though, this could be a good way to get a good portion of them into the chanting

I'm not, so I'll interpet that as dodgy.

BTW all female football fans are by default hot (even the ones who support @rsenal).

Indeed - and who knows; if they have fun and enjoy the experience, they might bolster the crowd at future Phoenix games - then everyone wins!Inventory22009-11-12 15:12:34

Only for the Liverpool fans in the crowd - it doesn't have any resonance for the rest of us does it?

And in all honesty, we're only 50 hours away from kick off, I seriously doubt any ideas brought forward now would be used.

It may be a bit cheesy but before the game starts what about a chorus of

Que Sera, Sera,
Whatever will be, will be
The future's not ours, to see
Que Sera, Sera
What will be, will be.

Historical tribute.

I also said include the full anthem and that was ignored.

A nice easy one, based on an old classic chant, that the whole ground can sing along to.

Tune: Here we go, here we go, here we go
New Zealand, New Zealand, New Zealand, New Zealand, New Zealand, New Zealand, New Zealand, New Zealand, New Zealand, New Zealand, NEW ZEALAND!

Quality chant.

However, I would make a couple of minor changes.

Que sera, sera, whatever will be, will be, we're going to South Africa, que sera, sera.
