Admin - please let me know if there is already a thread and I'll go there. I could only see songs within the Phoenix section.

Over years there's probably songs and tradition more than we realise. And lots of potential for new ones over the next year of more activity than ever.

Funny thing is, 150 in Oslo will have 1-2 days together first to learn and grow. And 20 odd will have 5 days through from Poland game. Eg night before in the pub is a great time to get the learning and sharing going. We'll get there with more and more games. And the little world cup.

There was a catchy one on Tuesday night I hadn't heard before, take-off of Shakira's Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) from the 2010 WC. I couldn't catch all the words, but it seemed similar to this Crystal Palace chant so my best guess at the lyrics is:

Zamina-mina, hé hé
Waka waka, hé hé
Lost again, don't give a fudge
We're in the World Cup

("Lost again" could be "lost the game", I'd had a beer or two by then)

Wouldn't mind dusting off a few of the old chants from Bahrain '09 again tbh.

Could also reissue the old nothing rhymes with Ivan Vicelich chant to Marko Stamenic
