Random question to you all,
Im looking for a DVD or Video of the All Whites 82 campaign.
Im sure there was a video called Road to Spain or something. If
anyone can help I would be chuffed.

I think SKY did a documentary not so long ago, they might worth a call
i used to own a highlights video of all the qualifying games -
hosted by some chap in a brown suit - but i lost it somehow!?

Yeah the doco on Sky this year was pretty hard out. Ask Dennis
or Mulligan to pull some strings and get you a copy.

I did remember watching your video of that. Thats where I got
the idea from but I definatly dont have the copy. I do however have
a few Videos of Euro 2000 with your very neat handwriting on the

it was quite a find actually; in amongst some thrown out
videos at a video store i used to work at. i was gutted when
i lost that tape - i leant it to someone and then forgot - don't
you hate that?!

It takes me ages to copy them as I have to play it through..
(a couple of hours) so to make it worth it, its $20 sorry dude. Not
much for a rare vid I think. I have paid more for others in the
past... Up to you.

speaking of the '82 WC campaign, has anyone read the book by sam
malcomson? worth a read?
I have feverish and chiefy for a copy, I will copy them in the next

Quality is ok, remember it is 1982 technology not that great but
you see alot of the qualifying campaign from the first game to the
last, how could we not see the infamous can thrown at the
indonesian refereee agaist Kuwait at Mt Smart, then after the game,
pitch invasion and police escort for referee and linesman with cops
belting everyone CLASS!!!
Gorillastyle couldnt agree more, anyone that loves football and is interested should definately read it, very juicy details and stories that we haven't heard of!!
