When was the last time Keat played DM? Hasn't been that good there for the AWs IIRC?

keat, i have liked what i have seen, seems to read game well and good range of passing.

Def not Keat on what I've seen.

Id probably go with Ivan having not seen much of anyone else (Killen and Dura shouldnt even be considered)

Keep Vicelich and put him with James.

Keat needs to step up to a higher level of football.  Hopefully his club wins promotion and he remains a regular starter in the Swedish top flight and does not end up a bench warmer.

I don't think that Keat and James are the answer - too similar to each other. We need a DM who can tackle and breakup play alongside a passer/distributor, at least against quality opposition. Old Man Ivan is the best option we have for that at the moment but in the next few years but looking long term maybe Tuiloma and James/Keat. I know Tuiloma is looked at as more of a fullback but at this stage he looks like the best long-term prospect for that role. Maybe in the next few years someone else will emerge who can do it. Thought Payne did a good job at the Olympics too so maybe him, although again it's not the role he's playing week-in, week-out.  I reckon Reid would do a good job but it seems a bit silly to play your most accomplished player out of his natural position.

yeah, it's a tough one.  we have several problem areas, the most notable being right back and the not particularly important centre of midfield...

hopefully tuiloma or roux can solve the right back problem.

until we find something better, keat and james are my preferred option for the middle of midfield, with mcglinchey further up the field

with things looking so dire right now, i'd almost be tempted to throw caution into the wind and effect this change right now.  don't think this will happen though
