WTF?? Why the hell would we sack Ricki? He has just led the Phoenix to an amazing result in the A-League, the All Whites to the World Cup and a brilliant result against Serbia. We should be extending his time at the helm not shortening it FFS. You lot are f**king deluded at times.

Hang on, I'm not so sure he IS still the manager!
Evidence:
1: I don't recall any shots of Ricki actually with the team (I reckon they just spliced in archive shots of him on the bench)
2: We played half decent football - That's beyond Ricki
3: We won - That's beyond Ricki
4: Ricki in the post match dressing room sing-song? I couldn't see him (and was "Slice of Heaven" a secret code celebration song for Ricki being sliced from the set-up).

It was real for a while, then when we did well again it became a parody to show how stupid those people were. It is also somewhat a good luck charm.

Another reason to sack him is his poor eyesight is affecting his ability to coach.
His peripheral vision is getting so bad these days, he can't even see those substitutes sitting on the bench next to him.

Hi Ahmed, unlike some others I'll give you a two eyed view.
For a time during last season the Nix were aimless and assisted by some 'space cadet' coaching. Theres a plenty of e.g.'s but I'm not going to trawl back through threads.
This 'headless chook' Nix play continued for some time.
It was wondered if Ricki was even at some games and sometimes it was wished he wasn't.
From this there was a justifiable call from some for Ricki to shape up or ship out.
The vast majority of these people took no joy in questioning the direction of the Nix, but were up front enough to do it against the group who only see through one eye and think that Ricki can do no wrong.
Hence a bit of banter between the groups.
Now that Ricki has lifted his game somewhat these one eyed fans periodically come back with threads like this that are really just versions of a childish 'nah nah i told you so'.
Unfortunately they don't get the fact that most of Ricki's detractors are amongst the most loyal because they want what is best for the Nix and New Zealand. But of course these past detractors are instead called "stupid" for rejecting the low standards that were on show and accepted by some at that time.
Ahmed, look at this threads source with it's simularity to G Bush's simplistic " Ya either with me our ya against me". They just can't see anything else.
Why didn't the subs get a run in the last game?

The great man knows all and it was no doubt a brilliant tactical move that is above our level of understanding. 
Unfortunately or fortunately we are veiwed by the other teams as the " it's time to improve our goal difference" side. Depends how Ricki plays it.
I see playing three at the back a huge risk.
The intensity in which these games are going to be played at is going to leave us scrambiling.
I am hoping we don't degenerate into hacking the ball upfield as our main play in attack and defence but instead show the world that New Zealand CAN play football.
A couple of goals to loose my voice yelling over would be good, an un/lucky draw would be better and a win would lead to laryngitis. 
We are a chance in all games and loving it!!!
