Ticket collection in SA

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked

So I may have fcuked this up.  when I applied for my tickets, I bought the NZ ones under my name, and then looked to see what other games I wanted.  When I tried to buy tickets to the other games, I could not seem to do it using my account, so I set one up for my wife, with myself as one of the guests. Not really thinking this through a great deal, I have now realised that they will be expecting my wife to turn up to collect the tickets, but she is not coming to SA.  Can I collect as one of the guests, or will I need to take my wifes passport and find someone who looks like her to collect?
 
Summary - am I a f**kwit?

i think if you have the credit card you used to buy them with you should be ok to get from the dispensing machines

just seen this on the FIFA website:
 

The main Applicant must be the payment card holder and must be the person to collect the Tickets in South Africa. Additional identification may be required when collecting your 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa� Tickets.

I am the payment card holder, but don't look enough like my wife to collect the tickets using her ID.  This may take some wrangling (or more likely, I might lose all the tickets I have paid for).

I think you could be sh*tting bricks for the next couple of weeks, but I reckon you'll be fine. I believe you have to put your card into the machine and it will spit your tickets straight out. Not sure what happens about the 1/4s, semis etc once the groups have been completed. Do we have to go back and get tickets again does anyone know?

Me and my mate have paid with each other's cards on each other's accounts (I got the TSTs and he got the individual tickets) and technically they could tell us to go forth and multiply, but I think it'll all be fine.

Just say she's tanning herself on Durban beach or spending all your money in Sun City, while you have to do all the organising!

They're only trying to limit opportunities for scalping.

Yeah, the system can be a pain in the arse, but it's done with good intentions.

As long as it is a ticket collection machine, then no dramas.  I was just worried that it was going to be some jobsworth refusing to give me tickets unless my wife was there with 9 forms of ID.  She has already said that she is not flying over just to collect some tickets, and I don't think that I will be able to change her mind.
