I really need to finish an assignment on anthropological advocacy before the game.  Going to be one long night.  The thought of us winning, though, will push me through.

Just reading what you have to do almost put me to sleep, good luck with that.

I just check Iraqgoals.net and they have it on channel 4.

It's funny that they had it down as a World Cup 2010 Qualifying Match.

live at 6:30am

Steam via Justin TV

Also Watch Manny Muscat for Malta. Sweden vs Malta on channel 3 at 5:00am

really good game.

well done All Whites to score 3 goals against the world champions, who by the way average only half a goal a game.

brilliant.

I thought the coverage was very good. The commentators gave New Zealand a good amount of air time, even if they did refer to Shaun Smelts. And thought the SKY coverage was good to.

All Aboard the Phoenix/ All Whites Bandwagon!!

+1

Good commentator.  Was up with the play about who was playing for which club, the fact that they were in pre-season now, etc etc.  Very good.  He even gave Andy Barron a shout out as being 'previously with Minesota Thunder' which probably sounded better than 'currently with Petone FC.'

Brockie's nutmegs of whoever it was will be a YouTube classic in no time!

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Pirlo is no push over, rated 3rd best player in the 2006 World Cup. . . . and was cleanly nutmeg by Brockie with style with his turning into the centre from the right sideline.AllWhitebelievr2009-06-11 15:51:32

Yeah I flicked between TV3 and TV1, luckily wasn't on at the same time, so got to watch highlights twice! (no sky)

TV1 ran with rugby up front predictably, ran the Italy game second though had the added spice of the Phoenix players. TV3 had it up front. Pretty sure they had Gourdie at the ground with a piece to cam, when we were 3-2 up.

Was a bit miffed wasn't included in general news, as I'm sure the All Blacks game will on Sunday news. Good to see the interviews with goal scorers.

Killens was a screamer!

Well it just picked up speed, more urgency. Talk about a bunch of free kicks though. Dodgy ankle tapping, push and shove. Just the last half hour panic stations on 0-0.

Well that was a crappy 0-0 draw between Iraq and RSA. RSA was better and a bit unlucky but boy did Iraq slowed everything for a draw.

Highlight of the game:

South African striker saves a goal on the Iraqi goal line!!!!!

One for the classic minties

Admittedly, this is a great overall result for us.AllWhitebelievr2009-06-15 04:11:12

It sure was an embarrassing moment for the SA striker. If we can just manage a miraculous draw against Spain, we will be in an amazing position to go through!

Pffffffffffff 1 goal down., how easy did he have it.

Torres makes it look easy, but the whole back line got torn up. Espana is really good, aren't they?

I hope the AW's can punch through for a counter or two and catch the Spaniards napping.

Far out... just watching Brazil v Egypt and Egypt came back from 3-1 down to make it 3-3 in the space of two minutes. 25 min left

And Brazil seal the win with a controversial 89th minute penalty..

Another interesting match in the works. USA up 1-0 over Italy at halftime, but USA has had one player red carded. Surely Italy will come back and win it.

I'm watching here: www.bbc.co.uk/bbcthree/livearena

On another note, I'm sure if you bet on underdogs in every match of major FIFA tournaments, you will definitely make money.
