HOST CITY PACKAGES: For just $25 for kids (under 17 years) and $35 for adults, you will be able to attend all four match days at the one venue. This will include all pool games at the nominated venue and would include the quarter finals in Hamilton and Wellington, or the semi finals in Christchurch or the Opening Ceremony in Auckland.

MATCH DAY TICKETING: Tickets are available for individual match days for just $7 for Kids (under 17 years) and $10 for Adults. Tickets to the Finals in Auckland are $10 for Kids (under 17 years) and $20 for Adults.

Has anyone received their tickets yet? When I placed my order, I was originally told early September. Then I was told by 10 October.

I haven't seen any ticket and I ordered it back at the beginning of June and was told early September.  Was then told within 2 weeks. That was on 24 Sep and still nothing.  I'm sick of it. How hard can it be for the ticketing agencies to pull finger and deliver a good service as promised?

I don't know that you can read it that way... my credit card was charged on 24 July, the day after I placed the order.

I must have ordered before the 30th of September (as that was the cut-off date for friends and family packages) and got an email on the 7th of October saying "Unfortunately, we have experienced some technical delays over recent weeks. At this stage, we have been able to overcome these and are now processing the booking of your tickets and will be dispatching them this week. Please do keep an eye out for them over the coming days."

Though, thinking about it, that was ages ago...

When the given deadline for ticket delivery had expired by a few weeks, I emailed TicketDirect. The response I got was:

Due to delays from FIFA we have had to move the delivery period to Monday 6th October. We are sorry for the lateness in your delivery, but I can assure you, that tickets will be delivered next week. If you have not received any tickets by Friday 10th October, please contact us J

They have not yet responded to last week's email, so I have sent another.

Still waiting on mine. Ordered 3rd June.  Have called Ticket direct as no response to my past 2 emails.  Spoke to an operator at TicketDirect and was called back to say that they are investigating where my ticket is.  Abysmal service

Still waiting for tickets.  I'm quite worried I won't get them before the first game.

Is seating allocated?  If not, I bought two lots of tickets at the same time (one for me and the other for a friend), will they be next to each other?

Ticketdirect must be an absolute shambles.  Has anybody received their tickets?

Yeah I got mine on Friday last week. I have Wellington and Auckland tickets, not just one venue. I don't know whether that was why they were delivered so long after both promised dates.

To answer your earlier question, seating is allocated according to the tickets.
