I had a yak - probably more of a rant really - to someone from the beeb about AW's - interesting what she took from the conversation and what ended up on the site

bits about YF, the A-league, the Nix (apart from Terry S's salvation of NZ football). AW's players, NZ media -all ended up in the bin

oh well at least i wasn't stuck for words

Junior sorry if I wasn't clear - fickle in that in the space of a few reports, they are suddenly "the new TV3".

I usually require a higher standard of evidence before proclaiming that permanent change has been made.

Further to that though, some people seemt to think that if one person on here states something then that is the view of the masses or even everyone on here.

One of the things about a forum is that it is a place for most views (I reserve the right to censor some) and many of them will contradict.  For every one person angsty with Craig, there are another ten not even commenting.

People need to remember that for every story Craig and Gourdie get on the news there are ten snide comments from presenters like Saville and McKay and other reporters like Kays to undermine it.

Anyway, back on topic:

i have no loyalty to either channel, but will talk up whichever is doing a good job at the time (having said that TV! is still playing catch-up - in this poster's opinion)
