As per title? Kinda bored and thought I might head in to watch Canterbury Utd get pummeled, anyone else going in today? I guess some might already be on their way. Hmm.

PROAK is down for Rock 2, he's going.  Most of the Fever Exec. will be there as well, probably with the Fever mobile.

I see the Fever mobile made it to newtown park and even had the honour of being hit with the match ball!

Saw it amble by as I was walking there/back... an impressive beast.

well aside from the two "goals" / chargedowns, the shot on the fever mobile was probably the closest thing that resembled a shot on goal otherwise...

Canterbury didnt look like bottom of the table fodder, but then Wellington didnt exactly look like top-end pushers either.

Imray saved them yet again, sign him up for the Phoenix please.

Is the pitch at Newtown park a bit on the small side, there never seems to be much space out there?

I see next week we can look forward to Mr Terry 'Loud Hailer' Phelan. Hopefully he will play, so we dont have to endure his ranting from the sidelines. Someone tell him you are supposed to educate your players into making their own decisions, not control their every move like puppets.

Thanks for your hospitality lads - great afternoon out - even the missus on her birthday enjoyed it - though that may have had something to do with gingaejit's charm.

Indeed he did! Great shows although Kiss were a bit sh*t. My first visit to the park - great set up just a pity the grandstand isn't closer to the pitch - bloody athletics eh!

Will Team Wellington be good enough to beat Auckland City?

Havent seen them in Auckland for a while so we have no idea how TW are playing. Pretty impressive with 6 wins on the trot and umpteen clean sheets. Apart from all the fans automatic of course, do you think you can win and get a home semi-final?

Haven't been playing prettily but have still been winning.

On their day could certanily roll ACFC.  There is a (small) Fever contingent mulling over coming up for the game.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Playing prettily wont beat the likes of Auckland and Waitakere. Beating them I think is about belief, sticking to the game plan, and working harder than you need to to win. Both of them won't stop working so you have to match them. Would love to see a new team in the final.

From what I saw ball retention will be your biggest problem v ACFC - a better side than Canterbury could have caused you some real problems with the amount of ball lost in midfield and I don't think Gully will get away with half of what he did v Canterbury up here.

Well, Auckland have to get past Imray to win the game, which is no easy matter. Apart from when his defence went AWOL against Waitakare, Imray has been exceptionally hard to beat.

How can Kiss headline above Alice Cooper FFS?

Thats like putting Leo Sayer above David Bowie.

gully had a real off game, he's generally a hell of a lot better than what he played on sat, 3-4 goals this season not too bad for a wingback...
