Could be a similar table to what happens at the end. Except for Team Wellington of course...

How come have some teams played two games while others haven't played one?

I would agree with that Dave, except it seems a bit weird that the 2 O-league teams are 2 of the teams with 2 matches.

Not much of an issue though, tbh.

It's precisly because of O-League participation that those teams have played. ACFC and Waitakere are playing earlier so that they can have the week off from ASBP duties on weeks that the O-League clashes with the Premiership.

Is anyone actually surprised though? All the experience they had is gone and while Chad Coombes might have been a headcase, him and Matt Williams were the workhorses that did it all. They haven't replicated that in any fashion at all from looking at the team sheet. Please tell me which teams would be scared of McGeorge and Feneridis? Granted they will look a lot healthier when Ivan and Mulligan return but you still have to wonder...

I'm sorry, I should check myself. 5th best team in the world (or was that country). How dare I...

Auckland City are clearly struggling to put the ball in the back of the net. They dropped points against an awful Otago team on the weekend. At the end of the day City will still have a good chance of winning it if they make the playoffs, who knows what will happen in finals football. Waikato, Otago and Manawatu will never get there this year as they are deadset rubbish. Hawkes Bay will fade too.
I suspect changes will be made at Auckland City if things dont improve before Xmas. Coombes is back next week apparently.

As for the 5th best team in world..that was never the case they were just 5th best at that tournament, and there has been several changes since then. Im not going to stick up for City all the time but i think its silly to write off a club like that just yet.

Waikato, Otago & Manawatu definitely won't set the world alight but the performances against 2 of these teams proves that City are now just a very average team. They needed 2 late free kicks from Mulligan to beat Waikato & drew blanks v a battling Otago.

The write up on the Manawatu Standard said Manawatu were worse than rubbish. I'm still not convinced that Waikato are rubbish persey but I don't think they will be play off bound. I think you can really only pencil in Waitak (undefeated) and Canterbury as definites. Its going to need a massive turn around at sh*ty thats for sure.

OK, so rumours of off field issues at ACFC, training ground bust ups and players being dropped for disciplinary reasons at Waitakere and Waikato are all peace and harmony - what is going on.......
