This week at English Park its a real test of where we are at. We have had a couple of weeks now to get the combinations right, so how does everybody feel we will go this week against Waitakere??

We should never let the facts get in the way of a good line.

We (ACFC) appointed our coach - Colin Tuaa - some 6 weeks before the Westies appointed theirs.

We signed all the players that we wanted from last year's squad and then added to it as required.

We have signed 6 Waitak players from last year and they have signed 5 of ours including Seaman who we sacked.

So while I enjoy the humour - it is far from the truth.

City Fan has clearly undergone a sense of humour bypass!

as much as it pains me to say it - if waitak come out in the mood to play, like the bay did in the first game against us, im unsure if we'll be able to get anything from it. i really couldnt see us scoring in that first game, and didnt get to see the otago game last week but by all accounts that was hardly ideal either... it seems like we're lacking quite a bit up front this season  

I'm available.  Scored 2 goals in the 15 minutes I played over the season.
