A reasonable game that had its moments. I think overall,
Hawkes Bay deserved the 3 points, though Canterbury came back
strongly as the second half progressed. Hawkes Bay give the
impression of a Ferrari that can't get out of second gear.Still
can't fathom why Gould removed Brockie from the fray. I was
impressed with the # 7 for Canterbury who came on as sub.Very
lively. Good crowd and the 'Bayarmy' was very vocal at times.

No 7 was Michael Fifi (Coastal Spirit), a Solomon Islander who
came to Christchurch last winter from Richmond (Nelson) to try and
get NZFC football.
What's sight without sound? Love without peace? Copulation without conception?

You boys int he Bay Army need to make you way over to the main
stand. Get there early, set your corner up and make some noise. The
sound will travel a lot better with a roof

I doubt we would be welcome, wouldn't the oldies ask us to sit down and be quiet? From what I saw on Saturday afternoon, the main stand didn't make much noise. But it sounds a good idea, as long as you guys would join in ... however , Im only one part of the Bay Army.
