Like Ellerslie, Springs now have facilities and are in a part of town where there is no real competition (unlike that block that has BO, Onehunga, Central, Metro, MAP, 3 Kings)
I agree with Buffy that it is more sustainable. Think about what BO would have splashed last year to finish in the toilet.
