to raise the profile of the league there should be either a weekly hightlights package or a match of the week kind of thing on one of the networks possibly similar to the Football League highlights show on SKY

if they had something like this league people who may have been unaware of the league will be aware it could only be a good thing

AGREED, it would be a great thing but very unlikely it will happen as the tournament organiser is hopeless, does not really have any true interest or love of the game and generally does nothing to promote anything (NZFC, Chatham Cup, Uncle Toby's Cup).

Oceania Football can stream highlights of the qualifiers etc but NZF will do nothing to promote the NZFC.

New Zealand Football needs to find out what the New Zealand Basketball has done right. NBL is being screened on Sky.

I suspect 2 things.

Phoenix need to win the A-League.... Come on... Pull your finger out!

...but it's not screened because the Breakers won.  It's always been screened.

New Zealand Football is just about to sign off on a deal within the budget to stream one game a week live on the internet, or to show a weekly highlights package on television to increase the exposure of the league.
