Well it ain't up there on NZFC site...but then again is that a surprise?
Also, Hawkes Bay adjusted the draw on their site a couple of days ago and the only change I noted was towards the end of the season...TTheir first game was STILL down as WAIKATO at home.

its not a shock just depressing that NZF just lumbers along making the same mistakes over and over and over.....ad nauseum isnt in it
Occasionally itll make atotally new one tho...

Im not happy....

Negative.  First game 9 November Waikato at home to YHM at Ngaruawahia.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Because there is two draws floating round, and there is confusion,(not just me) as to which is which. The official site , as at time of writing, does not show the draw to which FEEDBACK and  SMITHY elude too. This is simply POOR  PR.   I want to make arrangements to be able to attend home and some away games, and the more warning I can give my employer, the better chance I have of getting there-especially away games.I believe HAPPYTED is in a similar position...

Good grief - I even agree with Accy Stan now!! I must be going soft!
I need to plan ahead as I have other commitments too which may interfere with my participation this season if I don't get my dates booked now. Not great for promotion of the game.

Thats good FINISHER, but can you tell  me where you sourced it from or is it one of the 'proposed' draws that was floating round.? It is strange that its not on the NZFC site, Hawkes Bay UTD site or indeed the Auckland City site.(haven't checked the others).

Uh...yes? (to be honest, no...)

There's more to [the job] than what seems, honestly.

But please, go on, vent...

No, Zizou, Masty is not joking.

One of the many hats Jamie Scott is wearing at present is that of the Young Ferns' Media Officer for the tournament. Hence he's understandably heavily involved with that right now.

It's another case of one person being charged with doing the jobs of 3-4 people, so things get done as and when possible.

Cheers,

i don't think that anyone is getting on jamie's back.  for whatever the reason, and the situation of our sport at present, we are left without the basic information that we require to support a competition that is fast losing credibility.

especially poor when gladling promised information would be forthcoming last monday.

Thanks reg22. That's exactly what I meant but you put it far more eloquently than I could ever hope to.

Surely NZ Football wouldn't schedule Waikato for a home game on the same day that there are two Fifa U17 quarterfinal matcxhes at Waikato Stadium.

That would be too silly for words.

Good point Bruce..the proponents of this 'new' draw on this thread have so far failed to tell where they sourced it from.I'm not saying they are wrong, simply trying to elimminate an unreliable source ..

The flights were for away games mate not just home games in Wellington
havin said that would probably be cheaper to fly to watch an Aussie match
in Wellington every other week than havin to keep changing flights to ACFC games

They're giving Wellington the week off for our trip to the Wimmins final and the Phoenix vs Waitak game.
