Gillion seems too good for this league. I feel like he'd suit the Nix as we lack speedy, technical,  exciting players and he would at least be good off the bench. Isn't he from Wellington?

Faulds a bit disappointing despite scoring and haven't noticed Van Hattum do much sadly.

He just needs to practice on his finishing. Runs a lot, has close ball skills but the end product or lack of, is holding him back.
I feel Gillion is in a similar situation to Piper where they both have big upsides and passion, but very obvious, exploitable flaws which overshadow their talent.

Piper has improved his flaws a lot the more game time/experience he has gotten in a pro environment where his flaws are exploited more than the NZ league.

I feel Gillion in a Nix environment where he gets consistent game time/experience and is more of a "star" player, would improve his flaws significantly and be a valuable player like Piper is/will be for us.
