Shame the Forum was out of action, when the Honiara hub was held.
Easily the best supported hub so far, with some excellent crowds, if swelled alot by school kids getting the day off to go to the National Stadium.
South Island United getting a few 'rent a fans' as their striker Solomons raised striker Rovu Boyers (Aussie dad I think) got a hat trick against PNG Hekari in the first game. Great PR fillip for the hub as he & SIU later visited the Honiara primary school he attended as a kid, with a rock star welcome. Those school kids then turning up to SIU matches. All pretty cool
A bicycle kick to get Bula FC a late comeback win over SIU also got the ground rocking.
Seemed that a number of Vanuatu fans made the trek to Honiara. Hopefully they get their own hub next season (if it's again not a proper H&A season).

This was the extraordinary noise as the nation's first pro team scored their first ever goal on home soil in front of a sold out stadium.
