Now I have made this poll a simple yes no poll. I have also added that you cant have more than one vote (mainly so Bruce cant make the poll bias).
Any suggestions on whose place he can take? He is the form U23 striker at the moment.
Also if you want him to be prime minister just type in 'I' on the reply board after you have voted.

We probably need to squeeze Pelter and Chris James in as well, plus the three over-age players.
Might not bare much resemblance to the squad that qualified.

So I take it no one wants him to be prime minister?

I would think the team will have a few changes from that of quailfying as Stu Jacobs was only bought in at the last minute and didnt pick the team. Also the fact that they can only take 18 players they need versatile players as they cannot take 2 players in each position. And it will be determined by what overage players they get. On Steven Holloway who is certainly is a hot streak of form in front of goal and is a decent finisher but it is a massive step up to that international level which very few of our players can make. Although he probly is better than a couple of players that went. Anyone else in the NZFC been playing well of late? How old is Wiremu Patrick (TW) he has been good in couple of games i saw in Auckland and Sam Jenkins was very good for HB against Waitakere the other week he kept Krishna at bay on defense (which he is not normally known for) and is also good going forward from that position, another one I think is decent is Chisolm from Otago but there are a number of Centre backs and if we get Nelsen we should be covered? Anyone else caught the eye?

I'm in full support of Holloway being included. Other players of interest are Ross McKenzie, who was outstanding in the US through college and is back to that form after rehabbing a minor injury. Also another possibility that not many people are familiar with is Hans Jorgen Haugland. Currently playing in Norway (born there but has a kiwi father) and should definitely get a sniff.
