Last game. Petange (9th) host Hesperange (5th)

You sense from afar Faulds hasn't done enough to get a contract extension.

Fell out with the gaffer not too long in to his stint at a training session (from memory around about their cup game that they won 7-2) and that was basically where his minutes got severely cut/restricted. Had a bit of personal stuff going on from that too, but he's looking to move on at seasons end anyway.

The last time I talked to him he wasn't having a good time. But he said everything happens for a reason, and he's still thankful for the opportunity that he's had over there. He's going to see what he can make of it in Europe where there were other interested parties previously. Don't think we'll be seeing him back in NZ any time soon.
