not necessarily. Betting websites like bet365 have live play by plays to go with their live odds. Even for games that aren't televised (such as a lot of ASBP games).

Not at all. Companies like TAB are our clients. When a company like them offer live betting on sports they tend to get the information they use to calculate their live odds from us or one of our competitors.
