I take it that because NZFC is a franchise league, that means its open to new teams entering where as the Womens League is a regional thing and this can not be done (i may be mistaken on that). I was just curious about what is involved and required for a new team to enter the NZFC. Finances, Rules on players, homeground etc.. Would be much appreciated if someone could sum it up without massive jargon.

You dont have to worry about any of the rules of entry, they are certainly expected to be broken.
