Enough excuses and enough of the sh*t banter. If you lose, take it on the chin and focus on not letting it happen again the following week. If you win, good job but forget you've won, its gone, focus on winning again the next week. Stop wasting your time bickering about what has happened in the past games. All you should put your energy into, is what you want to happen next week.
