There would be at least 5 better centre mids than Attwood and Connor hasn't played right back since the SU season
Well to me there aren't 5 better centre mids in terms of all round quality. I'm not talking about guys that post selfies on mynewhairdo.com every 3 minutes. I'm talking about guys who are solid week in week out, that don't go missing in action and who provide leadership mixed with some defensive steel. You need balance in the middle of the park. Well that's what I think. And yeah Tom hasn't played at RB for Rosyln this season, but what's your point? That he's somehow forgotten how to?
I just thought it was team of the season and not team of the last three rounds. Fanchini,Day,Ridden, Hogan, Tom Connor, have all played CM for their clubs in the last three weeks and would start before Cam. Dont get me wrong, Attwoods a good CB
Fair enough. But a team is exactly that right? Not the best individuals necessarily. Is Franchini/Day the best combo? And would Franchini really work alongside Connor? I can't see that to be honest. Franchini/Attwood, Franchini/Ridden, Franchini/Hogan might be better.
