But it will be

Howard    Joy     Fitzpatrick Hayman

McClennan Ridden Neavason Ryder

Hogan isn't a centre back, Connor doesn't complete enough passes to play in the middle of the park and Coldicott with his current form will be no threat to any defender in the ASB Premiership.

I have to agree with Rata tat here.  I think Tom is much better out wide who gives a shark where some bloody jafas played him - he's played for years at right back and right mid and is proven at the NL level there.  And Hogan could be a good centre back? Well he could probably be a good astronaut too if he wanted.  So yeah let's experiment with him at CB in the NL for a the first few games shall we?  FFS. I think his Cavy team-mate Jude is just a wee bit better at CB. I think Hogan is actually a better choice than Tom in central midfield. Colicott is top drawer -but so many buts are attached to him these days.
