You won't win anything unless you're willing to spend a little bit of money. If they do get some imports (which I hope is the case but is contrary to all the messages FS are sending about only using local talent) that will mean they're spending money and I can imagine it will ever leave them with more money than when they started. If they aren't willing to spend a bit of $ they'll just make up the numbers as per normal.
