Not my job Frenchy. I volunteer enough of my time to various causes as it is. From memory FS run a half mil pay roll so you'd expect there's enough people in paid positions to sort it out.
$517K of payroll costs between 12 people means they can barely be called paid positions.
Lets say CEO is on 90K (which I don't think is unreasonable) - that means the rest is on an average of 39K for the year. I am sure the FDOs are on much more than that so there is probably about 5-6 full time staff running the whole federation - its clearly tough.
Mainland has payroll costs of $820k between 13 staff..
