Seems like they've got the formula starting to work now which is pleasing. Hopefully the long term plan is to continue to have a few imports (less than what they have now would be ideal) and raise the standard of the local players.
Budgets are always going to be an issue but some savvy planning will have to do instead of throwing money at solutions.
