GI will offer nothing again this year, too many young pretenders out there to mount a serious challenge for any game. Northern are in tatters and will again struggle. Personally I cant wait to see Queenstown back in the fold, they always have a few decent imports at the start of the year and can be dangerous and Jamie Whitmarsh is always a good coach who has teams playing well. Tech and Cavvy will again be the top 2 teams, winning is a habit and they have done it for years. Roslyn will be much the same as Mosgiel all huff and puff but far too inconsistent to mount a serious challenge. As for Invercargill, who knows could be good could be hopeless I am going fo rthe latter.
