Maybe don't take the bait, FS.

Hopefully these concerns have been passed on to the appropriate people, it's up to them to decide if there's been a breach of the rules or if everything is okely dokely.

I don't actually think i'm taking the bait at all - i'm just suggesting that no club should be above the rules and regulations that are in place, irrespective of a skill gap in a particular game. Yes it sucks that a clubs progress could be stunted by an administrative error, but that isn't really anyone else's fault but theirs. Take it on the chin and at least they'll know for next time.

It would be a shame for a club like West End to not have appropriate remedies afforded to them because the other side is "the best team in Dunedin" - that would send the wrong message for ambitious teams looking to cause upsets in future years.

100% agree with you on all of that, but you're starting something with an account that joined today and is only interested in trolling. They're not adding anything to the conversation.

Fair point. I wonder when the time to appeal something like this runs out.

Not really interested in trolling but was there for the taking as for not adding to the conversation agreed it may be an admin error but calling the  Mosgiel players cheaters for something they may have not been aware of is a bit far. Alas it’s in the hands of nz football now and they will make the decision at the end of they day. I’m pretty sure Mosgiel still have the right to appeal think it’s a couple of business days
