I think the Plainsmens chances of pushing the big boys this year will fall on Mosgiels very own accounts clerk. The dynamic winger will have to shake off his poor form from his Southern campaign and bang in a hatful of goals if hes to bring some joy to the struggling plainsmens supporters hearts.

Looks like Cavy have just shifted the debt that was outstanding with Football South , apparently they were unable to support a loan from any of the banks they tried to get a loan from as there financial accounts weren't up to date and hadn't been audited , So ............
went cap in hand to the Bendigo Trust , and the trust gave them a loan to cover the outstanding fees and the entry into the SPL as they couldn't even find the funds for that !!
Just wondering how this is a fair playing field with Trust money ?, sporting groups find it hard enough to survive let alone see it being given to others with such ease .
