Well so far no reaction to TrentAA post.
From what I have seen this season there have been a few breach's of the regulations that cover the Southern League / National without any action appearing to have taken, for games in and around Christchurch.
For example:
1) pitches not fully marked or incorrectly marked
2) yet to see a qualified registered electrician at any game played under floodlights
3) at least one game played which had a change of venue were changing rooms for players and officials did not meet the regs
4) no ball persons on hand
5) a lack of a scoreboard at several games
I agree that some of these are minor and not likely to affect the result of the game but are covered in the regs.
The regs also cover what happens if there has been a breach with the club concerned having to be advised in writing of what needs to be done to resolve the issue with time allowed to achieve this.
