Ok my app just exploded so I'll keep it short. What dates have been set aside for the two legs of the final? When is the draw to determine who's home and who's away first?

Semi-final in Auckland is weekend of 29/30 April (likely to be the 29th as Central have match on the Sunday).

Semi-final in Wellington is weekend of 6/7 May (likely to be the 7th as TeeDubs prefer Sunday matches as local football is Saturdays).
