Rumour has it that Petone 1st team coach will be coach of TW Youth. Interesting choice! Thought they would go with someone that has had a lot of success with Youth. ie Hutts coach ( can't do much better than 3 trips to finals in Napier u19s in successive years - walking away with 2 wins).
Maybe Macca didnt apply.
Also, Mark has also coached a winning team at Napier.

An announcement on the TW Youth programme will be made next week. Rest assured everything is under control and the lads are going to have a far better preparation time than in previous seasons. Wellington clubs were communicated with prior to the Napier tournament, some scouting was done in Napier and now we are leaving the guys to have a rest and focus on their school exams.
