It could be a yellow. Doesn't have to be dependant on the circumstances.

If it was an IDFK then there is no way it could be for handling outside the area,

It could be a yellow. Doesn't have to be dependant on the circumstances.

If it was an IDFK then there is no way it could be for handling outside the area,
