Ok, so halfway through, just have seasons from 2011/12 to present to go - here's a leaderboard - most booked players in the ASB Prem from 2007-2010:

Cole Peverley 12 yellows, 2 reds

Andy Pitman 12 yellows, 1 red

Chad Coombes 10 yellows, 3 reds

Ian Hogg 10 yellows 2 reds

Wiremu Patrick 10 yellows

Paul Seaman 10 yellows

Adam Cowan 9 yellows, 1 red

Johnathon Taylor 9 yellows, 1 red

Adam McGeorge 9 yellows

Jake Butler 8 yellows

I'm not clear about which period you are considering. From which year onwards?

I take it you mean "ASB Premiership and NZ Football Championship." Remember the national league was "NZ Football Championship" from the 2004 - 2005 season until they changed the name to "ASB Premiership" for the 2010 - 2011 season. The national league was club based before the 2004 - 2005 season. A winter national comp existed 2000 - 2003 (four seasons) known as the "National Club Championship."

That's not many reds to players over the three seasons you have stats for above. If you widen it to include the NZ Football Championship from 2004 - 2005 season or all national league games from say 2000, I reckon Ben Sigmund would be the clear winner. That boy would pick up two or three red cards per season. Greg Uhlmann of Central United was also one of the most-carded.

As pointed out, 2007-2010. And look at the later posts to actually see final figures. Also, it's impossible to get any accurate stats from 2000-2005, so what you suggest isn't able to be counted.
