This season so far I have found myself shouting instructions a lot more. I'm trying to get the team to develop from a dribble at all costs (or hoofball on defence) attitude to control-pass-move.
It seems to be starting to gel (about 2/3 into the season), but it has involved a lot of volume from the side-line (messaging is consistent - control and look for the pass, or getting a player to move into space).
I'm not sure if I am shouting TO them or AT them (I think it is to them when it is instructional as above and at them when I am urging them to stay with their player or dropping to defence).
