Fever Tua 2017/18?

For our usual shambolic Fever standards we did pretty well last year with approximately 120 in the away end in February to watch us win in Brissie! :-) It was a cracking weekend!

RoriM6 tried to get this one off the ground in July, but now it's only a month until the season starts so I thought I'd make the effort to start it again. I've got 2 trips booked so far:

9th December, Brissie away in the Cold Toast. Very happy memories of Tim Brown's late winner against GCU last time I was there!! :-)

2nd February, Sydney away. There's already a couple of us going on this one. The draw for this fixture is that on 3rd is Newy V MV in Newcastle, and the 4th is CCM V WSW in Gosford. And it's Waitangi Weekend....

Both games attract a good number of our Aussie-based members so we should end up with a good crew at both games. Anybody else keen or have any other ideas?

Sydney away in February looks tasty!

Yea I am keen for February, However it might just be me (waiting on one lad who came last year to confirm if he is keen) so keen to see what other fever peps are going and if I can tag along esp with where people are staying/traveling

I'm unlikely to make any trip this year but tend to think post Christmas is a good idea. Reckon that Sydney one would be good. 

Noooo that weekend is foo fighters and weezer now. Im torn

I'll probably head over that weekend and do what I did this year, stay in Sydney for the Friday and head up to Gosford for Sat/Sun nights. The Jets game on the Saturday is the early game, so seems a good idea to me to stay in Gosford rather than do 3 hotels in 3 days. Hotel Gosford is right beside the train station and was reasonable rates (no A/C tho so I hope its not 40 degrees again). I didn't get up to Newcastle this year because the game got cancelled because of the heat, so hoping I get the chance this time.
