Who's going?

A fair few LFC Wellington fans are making the journey.

I'm guessing mostly everyone. I'm heading over the day before. Anyone around for a few days after and want to make a trip to Gold Coast to the casino on Saturday 18th?

Will anyone go to the Manchester City game in the Gold Coast on the 18th? Looks like whatever happens in the next few weeks, one way or the other Raheem Sterling will be playing in Queensland that weekend!

Looks like the game will be behind closed doors. The stadium owners believe that the cost of opening the doors will cost more than what they will make on the day. WTF!?!

Pretty sure that's the Man City v Adelaide game you're thinking of. Man City v Melbourne is definitely open doors. Tickets from $25 seems like an absolute steal. http://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/show.aspx?sh=MANCITY15

You need to have hair to be able to pull off a disaster like that!

I attended this game and thought it was quite good. Obviously both teams are in different stages of their respective pre seasons and I thought Roar played well. Ibe for Liverpool looks impressive.

They actually played Villarreal on June 3rd and won 3-0. They had quite a few first team players including Dos Santos. If they had actually marketed the game I probably would have gone.

Brilliant experience - Suncorp is a hell of a stadium for football, I know that much now.

It's amazing even with just 9,000 people there for an A-League game. Goes to show how much of a difference beint a rectangle makes.

I went to the Man City game in the Gold Coast and that stadium would be even better from a Phoenix perspective. 20-something thousand capacity and pitchside seating (so much so that the first couple of rows got wet when they turned the sprinklers on!)
