Smurfs away and NSW Tour - 2 Feb 18

The Brisbane game on the Gold Coast was a lot of fun with between 65-75 noisy Nix fans in the away bay.

Now it's time to get this one sorted - Sydney FC away! :-)

The plan is to meet hopefully catch up with Sydney Nix Supporters on Thursday 1st (Paul's pub?), then game day on Friday 2nd. Sydney-based Nix fans, please name the pub for the pre-match meet up! :-)

Then the rest of the weekend is Newy V Melbourne Victory on the Saturday (warning - accommodation isn't the easiest in Newy), then CCM v WSW in Gosford on the Sunday.

Should be a great weekend, who else is in?

Since the Jets game is the early one, maybe an idea book your accommodation in Gosford for the Sat/Sun and train back after the post game drinks? (Warning: I have nfi about the Sydney train schedule, I'm just assuming there would be one)

Good idea, but accommodation is already booked in Newcastle for Saturday night with drinks pre and post-game already arranged with the Newy boys! :-) Staying in Gosford on Sunday night and meeting up with a couple of the Marinators.

I have travelled this train line many, many times for away trips! :-D

So on game day we will be meeting at the most Nix friendly location in Sydney, the Palace Hotel at 730-742 George Street. Here we will be looked after by one of our own! From there we will head to PJ Gallagher's in Moore Park a bit closer to pick off (time TBC).

We will probably end up at the Palace Hotel on Thursday night too! :-D

Just had it pointed out to me that the Aussie/NZ T20 in Sydney is on Sat 3rd Feb. Since im not heading up to the Jets game, I might tag along to that
