The Grand Hotel in Glenelg (right next to the beach) is a good spot for live sport.
There's another pub (Jetty Hotel?) about 50 metres up the road from the Grand that may do the job as well.
Also check the Archer in North Adelaide.
I'm not sure if they're 'Kiwi' pubs but when I'm in Adelaide, I go there.
