John "We know what you said" Terry moving on at the end of the season. At 36 I wonder where he'll get a Gig? USA, China or the A League?

I will be getting up at 4am on Sunday morning to watch it live, wearing my lucky shirt and drinking copious amounts of coffee from my lucky mug! We can't afford not to have a Plan B this week if they press and man mark like Man U AND we need Costa to come back as he's been on hols for a month now :)

John "Found innocent in a court of law" Terry won't have any problems finding another club at the end of the season. Could walk into almost any PL side for a start, although hopefully that won't be the case. USA and China have both been mentioned but I wonder if he'll find the standard good enough even if the money is. I definitely wouldn't want to put a bet on where he does end up though. Somewhere slower like Italy or Spain might suit him better at this stage of his career.

Perhaps he'll do a Lampard and head to City!

Loved the reaction from Zouma! :) Thought we were good value for the win over 90mins. Thought the plan to drop Hazard backfired. We were nowhere near as threatening until he came on.

Costa is a mixed bag at the moment. You never know what you'll get with him so can well understand Conte's decision to start Batshuayi. Problem is the latter reminds me too much of Mateja Kezman - lots of effort and graft but no goals. Wouldn't mind betting he departs this summer.

Matic's goal was top drawer! Hit it true and it capped a great day for us!

I'd say Willian's selection over Hazard was more than justified given the goals he scored, don't think Conte would've sacrificed Pedro as he likes the movement he brings to the table. Could've made a case for Hazard as a false 9.

A season on loan would do Michy the world of good, though we'll probably hang on to him for the sake of Europe. If rumours about Costa departing prove correct he may well get more chances behind a different number one... Morata, perhaps!

I rate Willian very highly but just feel he needed to start in place of Pedro instead. Hazard is the man in form and he is unplayable when he's truly up for it. Thought our ball retention in the final third was much better when he came on. But I know Conte is a big fan of Pedro, as you say.

Just not sure about Batshuayi. Would rather bring in two strikers and let him go if he's not happy. His body language says something's not right to me. I can definitely see Morata coming to the Bridge and he's been quoted a few times as being keen on the idea. He knows Conte well of course. Seems Costa will be off to China whatever the case. Only 2 goals since January - seems he became very unsettled during the window.

So stoked with that win. I was pretty worried headed into it, not so much at the prospect of a loss in terms of missing out on the cup, but what a loss might do to our, and spurs league run in. I thought a loss there could have seriously hurt us psychologically.

The win came at the perfect time for us I think after the loss to United.

On to Southampton now, really huge game and important to put the pressure on spurs before their tricky game vs Palace.

Wouldn't be surprised to see two come in, as good as Victor has been his backup at the moment is Pedro and that's not an ideal solution, whilst losing Alonso was a huge factor in the collapse at Old Trafford. Plus Azpi is now too good a centre half to play out wide.

We were linked in the press to Kolasinac who's now heading to Arsenal, so the left side will presumably be the priority.

Alonso is good but needs to improve defending same with Victor, although they are both decent at getting foward.

Firstly, Arsenal in the final. Cant wait. Maybe some revenge for the 2002 final.

Secondly, what a huge win this morning. To come back strong after Romeu equalised showed real= good character.

Awesome to see Costa finally back in the goals too.

Now to watch with nervous anticipation the Tottenham game tomorrow. Hopefully Palace can continue their run of form and knock off another London rival.

Wouldn't have been overly keen on that, far too similar aesthetically to London's two other 60,000ers.

Boy that was a good win away to Everton. Just when it looked to be getting a little nervy Pedro comes up with that thunderbolt.

Cahil scoring again too, very Terry-esque the way the captain is coming up with big goals. That's 6 for him in the league now, more than Mahrez, Rashford, De Bruyne and Pogba, just to name a few.

Really impressed with the scoring over the last 3 games. We've come up with 11 goals in 3 very big games. Great time of the season to be finding the net.

You are starting to sound like some Woolwich supporters. De Bruyne has actually scored 6, but was out for ages with injury.

Actually De Bruyne has played more premier league minutes than any other player at city. Started 29 games, 3 sub appearances and 4 goals.

Sorry, wrong button.

As I said, De Bruyne has played more premier league minutes than any other player in the team. And has scored 4 goals. He can't have been out for ages if he's played in 32 games.

Ok well an article hardly changes the fact that he has started 29 games and been a sub in 3 more. Meaning he has featured in 33 of 34 games for Manchester City in the Premier League this season.

Scoring 4 goals.

I don't know if there's a way to argue against that.

I was just saying that Cahill has scored 6 in the league. Which was more than some other big name players from other teams whom one may have thought would have chipped in with a few more goals. That's all.
