There are lots of people saying that it deflected off his foot, but why does that matter? I thought a handball was a handball, especially in the box. Sure maybe don't give him a card, but isn't it still a penalty? Seems to be like the recent 'but he got the ball' defence where a two-footed challenge is made.
A slightly unbiased answer (although I'm sure I'm posting in the wrong thread if I want a completely unbiased opinion
