Has any player ever been banned from all football by FIFA?
Ken Dugdale was banned from all football - playing & coaching - by NZF, presumably with FIFA approval, following his headbutt on the referee at Te Whiti Pk, Stop Out v Mt Wellington, in the late 70's.
