Probably something Raheem needed to hear to be fair. Early on, he was painted as a a bit of a deviant with a bunch of kids to various one night stands and the odd arrest that amounted to nothing. BR seems to know how to develop confidence and maturity in the younger players - remember, he's still only 19 years old and world like that can do wonders for someone struggling to cope with still being a teenager with a pocketful of cash while the world watches them. Raheem, if he continues to develop as he has, could go on to be one of England's greatest players and certainly one of Liverpool's. In a few years time, you could bracket him with Messi, Ronaldo and Suarez.
