That was blown out of proportion by the British Press (why always me). It was a 50/50 clash and the Wolves player came off worse and Balotelli argues the foul given against him with the ref as is the practice in football.
He was subbed soon after, Probably something to do with Sturridge having a known injury by then?
As suspected, even the Wolves manager has come out saying nothing dodgy happened. English press at it again!
