Liverpool haven't exactly been all-conquering for a while though either
Totally aware of that but they have the size and revenue streams to offer larger wages than 70% of other Prem teams and are still considered to be Football royalty (whether currently worthy of that status or not).
90% on here would rather play for Liverpool than West Ham for obvious reasons.
Lucas Neill would be one of the 10% on here
