Mourinho only has a 2 year shelf life, and he needs more money than anyone to get the results.

Klopp is a fantastic signing I feel.

But Mourinho has achieved a lot more than Klopp.

If you have a quality established squad and/or a huge pile of money, and you want a trophy instantly, then Mourinho's your man.

Otherwise I don't think it's a good idea - he is disliked by most, oversees a very ugly playing style, brings on touchline bans and fines like they're going out of fashion, and has shown repeatedly that he's not a feasible long term option. The length of employment isn't so much an issue these days but you'd want someone who at least might leave behind a positive culture for the next manager to follow - that's not Mourinho either.
